Everything was nice, including efficient staff with a charming helpful and accommodating receptionist. The location was absolutely perfect - adjacent to shopping options and dining options right on the doorstep and the center of Liverpool. Food was delicious and reasonably priced, we appreciated it.

I spend 8 nights in Liverpool lovely. The staff were constantly very polite and truly wonderful. Greatly enjoyed the English breakfast. The location was marvellous and amazing with lovely views. Also, Fact was close enough.

Spent 3 nights here with my baby, had a lovely stay overall. The service was friendly, including an easy check-in. I could park on site. The location was stunning - adjacent to train stations, local cafés & restaurants and a filthy back alley. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

The staff were amiable people with a charming helpful and accommodating receptionist, and location was good and amazing. The beach was close to the hotel I stayed at. Being near a bus station was a bonus.

The location was stunning and lovely, and we could reach Liverpool One Shopping Complex by walking. Some of the staff members were fairly friendly and amicable.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. Being within walking distance of key attractions and amenities was incredibly convenient. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing great customer service throughout my stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned and there were hairs on the bed.
